It's a reasonable domain in that it is easy to remember and has the potential for a brand to be established around it. One for development yourself or for sale to someone that is convinced of its merits. The problem with these domains is as they have no natural traffic, it all comes down to "brand/marketing" potential, but I think you've got some here, but a good sale price will only be realised if some business owner agrees.
