got an offer in on the four letter above b u y a .co.uk , trouble is I don't want to sell it as it's perfect for development, buy a train, buy a house, buy a football... any appraisal or thoughts?

Would be perfect for a price comparison site or similar.

I guess its a case of weighing up the offer compared to your future possible development plans etc.

Value wise, i see the .com is available for sale aswell, so the opportunity exists for someone to get both names.
