My thoughts:
#1. DRT's backlink data sucks.
#2. Majestic SEO is great on a PAYG basis but gets pricey if you just want a ready reckoner.
#3. SEOMoz's Linkscape tool is great, but it's subscription only and works out as c. $1000+/year IIRC.
#4. Yahoo Site Explorer, my old standby, is being wound down shortly, I understand.
So as mentioned on the other recent 'bulk backlink checker' thread, have knocked up a tool that uses SEOMoz's API to offer free, bulk backlink stats.
It's called Backlinks.In.
It's throttled to stop people hammering it, but if there's demand will look at setting up accounts for Acorn users to bypass the limit.
