yeah the greenstone .co .nz mentioned in the article was me, the vendor paid only 2k the week before at auction. Thanks to my Auckland-based brother whose credit card got declined in the auction someone made a a quick $1500 in the flip.

Would add that NZ is a tiny market and I think any domain spec there is a long-term play. We have a jewellery busines sin NZ, so domain will be developed.
