This is actually an interesting request - these are niche domains that could certainly be spot-on for certain businesses and great for SEO. That said, there are some alternatives (BandBManchester, Manchesterbedandbreakfast), they are long, these places have little cash, and these places may prefer to market their own name even if SEO would be better with yours.

I'd probably go with a strategy of selling them at short money if offers came in.
