Being threatened for DRS

I have a name which I bought in good faith in 2004 to possibly develop into a music site. However I am being threatened by the lawyers of a well known US company that I should just hadn over the name because they have the Trademark and the community trade mark. However I registered the name checking the UK TM search and this was fineas they TM's after my registration. They name seek to claim ownership in retrospect.

Any advice gratefully recieved.

If your registation predates the TM,& you haven't used the domain in bad faith since, I don't see that you have much to worry about, although without knowing the domain it's hard to be sure.
I would be inclined to reply stating the facts as you see them & see what they say. Don't offer to sell unless they make the first aproach.
