Best place to register .com ?

Hi

Could anyone please tell me best place for reseller to
register .com domains ?. Go to be UK based because
that effects the DRS I believe, have good control panel
and be cheap .

Didnt think DRS applied to .COMs?

Anyway have used Registerfly.com as they are cheap and extensive Control Panel. They are US based.

Thanks but I must have a UK based one. I lost a .com once and
if you want to litigate after a decision then you have to do that
in the Country of the Registrar. I dont want to end up in that
situation again,

I've been with 123reg.co.uk or over 2 years, no problem, good service

Thanks but nope dont particularly like their control panel
as is not geared towards having lot of domains.
