Hi, that was because of the feedback I received from selling my Dell laptop a couple of years ago. The buyer claimed that the CD-Rom was broken, when in fact it was in perfect working condition. He needed to fix this bad rating for me but he never did. Other than that, I have always received excellent feedback.
