They are arguing poker is a game of skill and not of pure luck so it is exempt

Anyone know if they've framed the legislation such that you cannot use a financial intermediary?

I'm thinking US citizen funds something like a PayPal account from their (now constrained) creditcard, then uses PP to fund their addiction.

Doesn't that sidestep things? Or are PayPal blocked too?
