BlogforOregon/com - PR4 under 280K alexa GB & top of Google & Bing - Huge potential.

Hi all,

I am offering for sale BlogforOregon / com

Please check out the site as I am selling as it is. I purchased it in order to bring it up to scratch and restore it to the huge blog it used to be but I simply do not have the time.

• The site features in the top 1-5 of Google and Bing etc for a lot of search terms which relate to politics, Oregon and a lot of other search strings.
• There are plenty of links coming in to the site (check alexa.com for example)
• It has never been monitized so there are no stats for anything like Adsense etc
• It used to get up to 350 uniques per day in the few months before I owed it but now it seens to get between 40-90 uniques per day. I think this is mainly due to the messed up layout and a lot of the links not pointing the way they should do.
• The site is currently PR4
• I have not had a chance to check through all the files but I beleive you may need to create a few bits of unique content to replace missing bits.

I will transfer the files which I have on the server at the moment and the domain is held at Godaddy.
