What do you all think of LoveTree.co.uk? Is it a good brandable?

I have searched for any TM's for this term and can't find anything.

The com owner has had there’s a while and many of the other TLds cctld are regged but none developed so peeps may like it just not enough to go whole hog a create a brand around it If you get some offers they do if not they don’t.. Is it marmite or just bit smart I'm swaying towards not that good though... no other reason than personal preference..

Thank you namealot for your input. I agree it is marmite but I may already have one interested buyer so soon I know but fingers crossed. It is a previously registered domain.
