Browsing the web on mobile devices is becoming more popular

According to the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, browsing the internet via a smartphone is becoming more popular in the UK. It is now thought up to 28% of all internet browsing is taking place on mobile devices, the main reason for this being that people have signed up to tariffs with fixed-rate data allowances to manage their mobile Internet costs.
