Cant decide what to do!!!

As im new to this i obviously dont have a great deal of experience.
I have been searching around for a while now looking for domains i feel could be worth money.
I have 2 in mind but dont know whether to take a chance on them or not.
Is there anywhere i can find out what potential a domain has?

As a very basic starter check its "exacts" search volume in "gkt”, are the other tld's (com net etc or cctld's) if so are they developed, most of the time better to have say "product" than *****product, or product***** etc, without hyphens is better than with, Does the item work as something sold online service, products whatever, do you have a client in mind any connections know anything about it ? , how big is the potential market Does it pass radio and other forms of advertising test..? yellow-trousers-for-people-that-work-in-circus.co not …. yellowtrousers.co is better, trousers.co good
check if its a trademark ?... once you've done that buy gold atm its a better return lol
