I have a celebrity gossip site, consistently hits 400-600+ UV per day according to awstats.
Fully indexed, 5000+ pages in google, 300ish in yahoo, etc.
Ranks on page 1 for many terms.
Been fully active for around a year so plenty there.
Domain is Page Rank 2.
Domain is a 4 Letter, Dictionary Word (Also Brandable).
Affiliate Sales are £XX per month, advertising with google (when tested as I don't have google), was a few quid per day currently on BlackLabel Ads is about 60p per day. Minimal Advertising is done, plenty more scope to sell and placements using an affiliate feed for celebrity books, movies etc.
Images on site NOT included, due to Copyright, which I realize reduces the price.
However Words and Rest of Domain is, which is wordpress with custom widgets and such.
Would be best suited to start your own celebrity blog, or just utilize the traffic to sell related goods.
