Sorry I disagree as either of those options would be better suited to the plural. For a sale to an end user, then you're probably looking at any small sized surveyor. Of course the positive side is that the singular has higher search volumes.
I'd go with £300 - £500 to end user or £50 - £100 on AD.

They can’t stop you using it or using it as a web name …??? they can stop you titling or passing yourself of as a member affiliated or associated though and it can be argued it is a title bestowed upon members etc If you are one or even if your not want to sell buy trade etc they can't stop you using it..
