I cant believe this sometimes, its that time of year and i just saw the chrimbo quality street advert, had a quick look on the website, owned and trademarked by nestle, it says quality street chocolates have been on sale since 1936 but remarkably they still haven't registered quality-street.com and quality-street.co.uk ... you would have thought the tenner reg fee would be worth it for them or perhaps dock their ip manager his christmas bonus in choccys :???:

Although they have regd qualitystreet.co.uk so it's not like they're ignoring the internet altogether.

yeah, just thinking outloud with my prev post, just thought would've occured to someone, wonder how vigourosly they would defend it of it was regd by someone else as they've left it so long.
