Christmas Presents and keyword phrases

Didn't want to hijack another thread with me rabbiting on so created this one.

It's nearly here (Christmas) and just wanted to share this site with you all again.

The phrases for the past 14 days. Most are on page 1 or at least within the first 3 pages.

The list shows the phrase the number of times searched then what percentage it has over all the other phrases. I thought i'd post it as I am pretty impressed with the results 1653+ Unique visitors in 14 days.

Not really tried to push this one, it's just happened.

Any thoughts or questions.

Not a bad amount of long tail there, and of course you did'nt target all those phrases.

Nope never targeted all of them.

Words that made phrases up that i sort of pushed for were.

her
ladies
mens
boyfriends
girlfriend
kids

gifts
gadgets
2007
top
best

And the rest just used in BLOG posts and not too heavy with them either.

Pants to be honest. Only had 1 from M&S for £2.30 and no ADsense.

I have had clicks but not many, say 50 +

Any ideas why not? I think i needs turning into an online shop like posted in another thread. here

And then next year i think it would do a storm

put your domain in, and then put some random numbers in the next box (after a few goes you'll get in, took me a while to get in)

Most of your images are missing their alt tags,put some bog standard navigation stuff like home,articles and what not.

find some christmassy content related blogs (christian based sites etc) have a look at existing cooments if any, view the source of the site if it has any nofollow tags then close the page and move on.

Nice link ......sort of. It says all my sites that I tried don't have titles, or keywords which they do.

But yes it could be improved hugely and I will sort that for next year

I've now moved to 1st and 2nd place result

In fact going down phrase list christmas-presents.me.uk is either 1st or/and 2nd on all phrases or at least on the first page .............. WOW but it does vary from day to day.

Im getting about 120 unique visitors a day and had about 250+ clicks on affiliate ads.

I have had 2 sales with £3.10 commission (retire now) not had Adsense because it wasn't in my allowed list with Google DOH! forgot to add it.
