I bought a domain mid-december and I was just checking overture results on a few names, saw it had 25 and looked up sedo stats, nothing. I click on the domain and it's pointing elsewhere. It must've been regd to someone at 123-reg previously and the nameserves must not have been cleared, I had changed forwarding though.
What a waste of a month and a half!
That's one problem with their DNS page, it doesn't show the current nameserver details. My fault I should have checked the direct was actioned, so it's worth remembering. I've checked whois and it hasn't been hijacked so it must be nameservers but on whois state 123-reg.
Just a warning.
