I normally stick to .co.uk extensions.

I'm looking to build an adsense / lead generation site, it's a geo aimed at finding a tradesman in a certain area.

co.uk and .com are take.

Which would you go for next?

info.
org.
org.uk

or another extension?

Is the .co.uk that's taken developed or not? If it's not, it might be worth a whois and contacting the owner and making them an offer.

Out of those other extensions, I'd go with the .org.uk.

If .co.uk is taken and the name is really good [high number of exacts] I then would go for the .org.uk

Hope this helps

Regards

If the co uk com were developed or not for sale ? I’d go long tail even hyphenated ? before any other at a push org.uk then org but would’nt spend much time or money on either,,,, Have found getting the £ in be it join fee, % of works, per lead etc any other than co/uk com(just seems harder )… info and net are pretty much a waste of time…

Also find you loose repeat etc to co.uk com (even if its not there extension people only seem to remember them ?) otherwise find another area..?
