I've just hand regged a .com it gets just under 1k exacts a month, the plural is owned that gets around 300 exacts a month (developed) and the .co.uk is a developed affiliate site, It's a product so is it worth anything?

I would say if the .co.uk has value, then the .com will usually have at least the same value, usually more. You can look up past .com sales at namebio.com.
