How does one transfer ownership of a .com registered with 123-reg please?

I don't see anything on those pages about transferring ownership, this info is about transferring domains between registrars?

Ok, I assume you mean leaving the domain at 123 Reg, and just changing the registrant details from yourself to another person?

I'm sorry but again- I believe this just transfers the domain between accounts and not whois ownership data? :/

If you do an internal transfer to another 123-Reg members account, I believe the Who-Is will update to show them as the new registrant. You could ask 123 Reg via their support system.

Got it- once transfer is made I can edit the whois from 123reg? Doh!
