We acquired this site a couple of years ago and planned to turn it into a brand with online and offline advertising campaigns - akin to cheapflights.co.uk.
We spent £2k developing logos, artwork etc for the purpose, and also acquired three domains for Germany, France and Italy (which we'd include in any sale).
The domain ranks very well for 'compare flights' and related terms, generates a modest amount of income, sees healthy CTRs and high QS on AdWords, and has a significant amount of unique content (many articles).
Our business now provides technology (ad-serving/price-comp related as well as consultancy) and this has obviously become something of a loose end. We're no longer able to support or maximise the potential of this domain and, as such, open to sensible offers from those who can.
We have other domains in a similar state and I'll post these up in the coming weeks.
