I want to add a competition draw to one of my sites. Visitors will be asked to submit their name and email to enter the draw and the winner be chosen from the emails collected.

What would be the best way to set this up? I wouldn't mind adding the emails to a database and emailing a monthly newsletter etc.

Any ideas on the options I could look at? :?:

I use constantcontact.com and found their reporting tools excellent and delivery rates top notch.

I've set up a competition page.

I'm using a simple php form to collect peoples details.

After the competition closes I'll choose one and email them to confirm their address.

Once I have their address I'll order the book from Amazon myself and have it delivered directly to them.

Does anyone see a possible problem with this?

I'll post news of prize a draw to a few sites and hope the visitor number and inlinks increase naturally.

Any comments?

The competition page is being put together here

If anyone cares to submit their details to test it I'd be grateful.
