Has been between number 2 and 4 in google for 3 months,

2,400 exacts 0.55 CPC

gets around 600 visitors per month, haven't updated the content in a while, and no link building at all, shouldn't be to much of a problem to reach the top spot.

Has a lot of genuine comments on the blog posts, but have them currently disabled.

Surprised this hasn't gone! I nearly snapped it up at first bin, only reason I haven't is simply no time. Good luck with sale doubt it'l be long before someone buys

I'm a little surprised myself, Ill leave it up for a couple more days, and I may try and find the time to update it and get some ad sense on there.

I've just noticed that it has dropped to 4th on Google so I may update it soon anyway.
