Contact with buyer?

It's been about 5 days since I accepted the offer for one of my domains, it's only a small fee and I am wondering if it's a bogus buyer as I have not heard from them. This is also my first Sedo "sale", is no contact the norm until their ready to part with the cash?

also, if they do not get back within the 10 days can I put it backup for sale?
