Has anyone ever worked with solicitors on civil litigation in England/Wales to get a court order issued that forces an ISP to hand over customer details following an abuse complaint?

I havent been directly involved but I have seen some of the process, and discussed it with parties going through it.

Norwich Pharmacal Order is what the people I know went for, and they successfully got the information on multiple people. Most ISPs never bother fighting the cause but a few fight for giggles and apparently will win by attrition.
