This thread gives the false impression that it is advertising a public auction for a name registered on the tag SAWTRY, and is still on that tag.

I would expect such a post to be by the registrar and registrant of the domain, not a third party. The fact that it's by a third party, suggest collusion.

Going back to the first point, the auction isn't open, and is misleading. You can only partake if you placed a backorder on ukbackorder.com (clear evidence of collision). If the auction was open to all, I wouldn't object, but the fact that it's open to only those that have placed a backorder on a certain provider is evidence of collision and should not be permitted on Acorn @Helmuts.

It's only open to ukbackorder clients who have paid for a backorder in the past. I never said it was open to all. Just most people have had backorders in the past.
Your posts are becoming very tiresome Curon crying about 'collusion' (not 'collision' as you keep saying). Get over it because I'm not sure you really understand what it means. There is no such thing. By your logic an auction site can never post an advert for a domain they are auctioning unless they are the registered owner. I have another domain at auction there that is very suitable for you and a couple of others - see if you can figure out which one it is.
But hey - if you want to catch for auction at ukbackorder.com and get paid for it (as any tagholder is free to do) get in touch. Or maybe you'd like to catch for other auction sites?
