Ancient history, not worth going into in detail ("Search" is your friend!) but you're right that there was an issue with a domain sale that bizarrely never got resolved no matter how hard I tried. Ended up selling the domain name elsewhere, so all's well that ends well, and all that...

? Is this a leasing arrangement? Digital Sports Group Ltd are UK regged company, which isn't the registrant name in the whois. The whois also says the registrant is a UK registered company, but the address is the IOM?

I could be completely wrong or my mind is playing tricks on me but I seem to remember a long time ago that Steven Terence Jackson owned all the sport domains and that some company leased them all of him.
