Directory software

Hello Guys,
I was hoping that some of you might have some advise regarding setting up one of my domains as a directory, speifically with regards to the best software to use, and hopefully if there are any free ones available?

PHP Link Directory Script

v2.x is free
v3.x is $25 with link back and $75 without.

Never used the free one as compared to the paid version it has far less features. I have 4 sites running version 3.x
