Just saw this domain and thought it prime for developing with the iCodes WordPress Plugin.

From what I see, the site isn't live and is earning nothing.

Whereas with WordPress and the plugin, it could be adding fresh current content on autopilot to monetise. That's got to be better than not even parking it.
