Displaying AD/RSS in Hootsuite

Hi. Has anyone managed to display AD posts in Hootsuite, either the web or Android app version ? I've had an unsatisfactory false start and wonder if someone could kindly outline the right way to do it. I'm OK with the multiple Twitter accounts and Facebook and LinkedIn, it's the AD/RSS aspect I'm struggling with.

Alternatively, does anyone know of a tool for handling multiple Twitter accounts (and Facebook and LinkedIn ideally) alongside RSS feeds from here, ideally as an Android app as well as traditional web.
