should not be a trademark problem as multiple uses - you couldn't for example try and sell sports cars on it, but it could make a cracking name for a chinese restaurant or florist and shouldnt have any trademark objections

I just think if it did not have the car connection, would it have gone for the same cash? My view is not, interesting to see what buyer does with it....

Well done to the seller for a fantastic sale, but I must admit I was surprised at how high it went.

Admittedly I first think about cars with the term Lotus, it will be interesting to see if the name is developed or just resold. For a large florist, it's a perfect name.
