DM issues again

Anyone else getting these 2 issues >

1, continuous error message while doing look ups.

2, expiry date issues preventing you from placing backorders.

It's getting on my nerves, I regged 25 domains with 123-reg last week because DM was p*ssing me off.

I e-mailed them about this last week and for the 1st time ever I got no repsonse

Are they taking to much on regarding registrations and catching

Whenever I contact them it seems they only ever have 1 member on the support team. Its allways the same person... Maybe they have more, I dont know

In the past it was always Julian but now it's always April, I'll try calling them and see but it's a pain in the ass this issue, especially regarding backorders
