Domains and Trademarks

Hi All

I often read thru the droplists and very few domains are taken which contain brand names. Also a few other posts mention TM domains/names etc and associated problems.

How do you determine whether a TM problem exists? (before buying)

If its listed at IPO.gov.uk then a problem exists, the gamble is on the likely hood of you making your reg fee+bonus before and if the owner kicks your teeth in.

It seems some companies are more eager than others, and many as long as your passing off nor harming them sit back and watch.
