domains for sale and parking stats

Am always interested in seeing ppc stats for domains that are for sale and am often surprised by what seemingly low value domains are making. The figures don't correspond with my own for similar names either in volume of traffic, money earned per click or volume of clicks.

Anyone else noticed this?

Also NameDrive stats appear more often than not. Are they generally thought to be the best on this forum?
