Bargain
This domain has a Google CPC price of £22.23 which means that the potential is there to make a decent income from Adsense clicks on any website put on it.
I own a very similar domain name, but wouldn't sell it as cheap as this.
Insurance policies for drunk drivers cost more than for normal policies. This leads to better commissions for affiliates and more revenue for the insurers.
Someone is going to get a bargain.

In the "Max CPC £" box, I entered £99.00 to see what the CPC would have to be to obtain the number 1 position. The resultant CPC is £22.23, again!
This is a UK based search, because it's a UK specific domain, that UK companies will be placing their ads on and that UK drink drivers will be looking for, for insurance.
US prices and US policies are no good for UK drink drivers looking for insurance.
