This is an interesting case about some guys falling out over who owned a forum:

However the expert says things like:

4.9 The Complainant continues to operate the forum at the website www.vista-xp.co.uk. As the name suggests the forum is now concerned not just with Windows XP but also with Windows Vista.

Vista and XP are a Microsoft Trademarks?

I love the way these expert adjudicators use google to determine a view, when I had my first DRS I used that to my full advantage... not forgetting print outs of websites and overture results resulting in a 70 page file. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

As for the pillocks arguing over the domain, a third share for £300? play nicely children or you won't get an ice cream. A third share... get a life.
