I remember someone asking a while back about droplists for .de domains but I can't find the thread.
Anyway I've set up a simple droplist site for .de domains. There isn't really anything out there because there are no zone files and no expiry date for any domains (which makes life fun).
It's at https://expiringde.com and is free for now.
