Has anyone any experience where someone has set up a Facebook Group (a closed group in this case) with the exact same name as their business page but with the name "Group" at the end of it?
It wasn't maliciously done from what I can gather but we're now up to 12,000 followers on our page and we've been alerted by advertisers and other people that they've gone to the group thinking it was ours.
I've reached out politely to ask the group admin to change the name but any ideas on my options if they don't agree?
For reference our page is facebook.com/alittlebitofstone (A Little Bit of Stone) and their group is called A Little Bit of Stone Group
