Hi,
I am selling a fashion website, tons of unique content.
15,000 uniques a month, mega niche
Last six months £500+ a month average, last two months has been £1000+
PR4
Run for the last few years, but only started monetizing in the last 6 months.
The website is not on a .com or .co.uk - but ranks in all Googles. I do have the .com version of the domain which is being transferred at the moment.
I am looking for 18-24 months revenue so £10 - £12k and if it was around that mark, I may let the .com version go with the sale. Commission has been increasing every month.
I have a great relationship with the affiliate manager of my merchant.
I do no PPC, but buy one article a week for the blog at £10 - my writer is superb and English of which I would pass details on. The site costs only hosting to run.
I have a ton of ideas for this website for the new owner too.
