Fees for selling domain names

Hi All,

What fees should you take into consideration when selling a .co.uk domain?

I have seen domainers add VAT and nominet fees to the sale price of domains.

You only add VAT if you are VAT registered as a company.

Other than that, depends on your sales platform, Sedo charge 10% for example plus there would be a Nominet transfer fee which either you or the buyer could pay.
