Appraisal:findhouse.co.uk
Hi all, a realistic appraisal would be helpful on the above findhouse.co.uk.
Had a low offer on Sedo but with the £70 fees it's not worth selling. What do you think it would be worth or how much would you sell it for considering the fees above.
It does get small revenue through parking.
