finding cached pages of a site

I've lost some some content during an upgrade of a site and I don't have a copy of the article.

I've tried google and whilst it's got the old page in it's cache it doesn't resolve so I can't get it from there, any other sites I can try?

Depending on how long ago it was on the site the new version of archive.org may help, Or I'd contact your hosting company as more often than not they actually perform backups of the servers. I had a similar problem a year ago, luckily my host dug through there server backups and got me the information I needed.
