Hi everyone,

Having a prob with FF 5 crashing a lot recently, especially when opening new windows and not tabs. Thinking of rolling back a version to see if that helps.

I'm led to believe it might be a prob related to extensions etc and it's quite annoying. Anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

Thanks! :D

All the time! Not just with FF5 tho ... older versions aswell. Fresh install on a new laptop also crashes when viewing sites such as youtube.

Best solution I found was to use IE instead.

I have this problem with FF 4 and 5. On Win 7 it's mostly bearable, but on Vista on my laptop it's completely unusable.

I switched to Chrome exclusively at home :)

I also have this problem in firefox 4 and 5. Tends to be when I'm using google adwords keyword tool or have too many tabs open. I do also have quite a few add-ons/plugins running

Glad it's not just me then, lol!

It's updated itself to FF 6 now and still having the same prob. Anyone know how I can rollback to earlier versions that were more stable?

Got Google Chrome (thanks for reminding me Bloss), will try that out, see how we go.

Anyone using Opera thesedays? Owt good in it? :)
