Even though the exacts are low, many businesses using this term in this niche do large commercial flooring contracts, like fitting out schools, office blocks, hotels and other large multi room buildings, there's obviously a lot of money to be made from just a single contract in this area, so the exacts are not a problem if ranking well for the term, on that basis, it's not something I'll be selling for £50.

I thought so, can't blame me for for trying given the lack of other offers.

I'm not going to up my offer as I would not go to many multiples of £50 - I've too much to develop at the moment, but I do think the right buyer will pay a decent amount for it. Good luck with it.

Just had a look at the back links for each of the top 6 sites ranking for this term in Google, they are, in order:

1) .co.uk 11 back links
2) .com 75 back links
3) .co.uk 5 back links
4) .co.uk 63 back links
5) .com 36K back links
6) .co.uk 5 back links

It wouldn't take too much for a business to rank this domain well with some content and some link building, the domain is now on Sedo and it can sit there until hopefully the right offer comes along.
