football on the comp

can anyone suggest a tried and tested site to watch real time premier league/champions league football matches, i`ve tried a few but just keep on getting pop ups and no games after downloading loads of c@ap. if anyone knows of any that they have tried and work ok without all the hassle could you let me know. cheers for any help...

For those interested the price of Setanta Sports broadband service is £7.99 per month, content is delivered by streaming, with a choice of bitrates – medium quality 350KBps and high quality 600KBps. It seems like an interesting option to me, if it wasn't for the fact that I would get less work done I would subscribe ...

that is not a great price is it?,the speed of my processor it would take 90 hours let alone 90 minutes,it's like watching p**n i lose interest by the time my processor has caught up with the action,i think i might have to upgrade my pc.....
