For domain resellers...

I work for a Telecoms company who are soon to launch a campaign to recruit new affiliates and partners. As a part of our research I have a few questions I would be very grateful to have answered:

1. What is the biggest/most important issue in your industry today and why?

2. What would you say your target market is?

3. How would a telecoms product enhance your existing portfolio?

4. How often do you contact your existing base? Do you upsell?

5. Are you involved in any other affiliate/reseller schemes? What’s good about them?

We're a telecoms company that provides London and non-geographic numbers to SOHO and SME users. Functionality includes a virtual switchboard (PBX), call forwarding to almost any number in the world, and voicemail and fax to email.

All of the above is administered online, so the user has complete control.

We have been trading for around 10 years and the products in question are fully mature. We already have a base of dealers who get 40%-60% commission on our Margin. Many of them are Domain Name sellers/resellers who upsell to their existing and new customers.
