I'd say the potential use of it is very obvious, it's all in the name! Plenty of big bucks forestry companies would love to jump on this! Although wether or not they would be willing to pay much more than the sale price achieved today is another matter.

Last year I had email dialogue with the company (subsidiary of an EU company I think) in Ellesmere Port that owned this. Said the name was very important to them and so just weren't interested in selling it.

...so then they didn't bother to renew it.

Perfect name for business involved in forestry machinery/services etc. Whether there's any more margin in it if it's been bought for resale time will tell.

I actually think this one sounds better as forestry.uk
