Hope you don't mind me saying, but if the page has PR already, then it probably already has decent content.
Generally people who want content want to put it on new pages that don't yet have PR.

I didn't think about that, so glad you pointed it out lol

But doesn't new content correctly written give the page a better chance of maintaining its pr or improving it?
