Hi, Have emailed support but thought I might post here incase anyone else had & resolved the same issue.
I seem to be having a htaccess issue setting up my first FSB store.
I got a 500 error when accessing the url - I removed the htaccess file and managed to get the installer run, but then had problems with the htaccess file in 'freshadmin' folder ( can't get into admin with or without the file).
I'm running on hepsia web hosting software and not cpanel.
I guess I need to make some changes to the files - but don't know what
